Every now and then we get a call for a computer that won't turn on and when we get there we find it hasn't been plugged in! Or a printer that wont print that we find is out of paper! these are easy fixes. Most businesses have a minimum onsite charge of 45min and we do too but for these types of jobs we have an extra low charge of $47 which is for any simple job that takes up to 15min onsite.
